Your Existence Is a Solution. Act Like It.

Some mornings, I wake up searching for the snooze button. Today I woke up searching for meaning. The words hit me before my feet did: “Your existence is a solution. Act like it.”

We spend so much time auditing our flaws that we forget our function. We call ourselves the problem when God designed us to answer one. The imperfections we carry are not proof that we are broken beyond use. They are the footnotes to a testimony that helps someone else find their way.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your life brings value, hear this: God is the supplier. Abundance resides in Him. The earth has needs. He created us, dwells in us, and then sends us out to meet those needs in ways only we can. That is purpose. That is intention. That is why your existence is not an accident. It is an assignment.

So what keeps us from acting like it? Usually doubt dressed up as humility. We keep waiting for perfect conditions, perfect timing, or a perfect version of ourselves. Meanwhile, the solution in us sits on the shelf.

Today, choose a different story.

  • When you see a gap, consider that you might be the bridge.

  • When you notice pain, consider that you might be the balm.

  • When you face a challenge, remember you were built with someone else’s breakthrough in mind.

This is not pressure. It is permission. You are not required to solve every problem. You are invited to solve your problem. The one your life, your lessons, and your gifts are uniquely shaped to address.

A simple practice for today

  1. Name one need you see around you.

  2. Name one gift you carry.

  3. Take one small action that connects the two.

And if you need a friendly nudge: drink some water, square your shoulders, and take that step. The world is waiting on the solution that looks exactly like you.

This is my reflection for the day. If it challenges you to think differently about purpose, lean into it. Your next right step might unlock someone else’s tomorrow.
